Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end store performance including revenue, team management, operational control, and brand representation.
Responsibilities
Achieve store revenue and margin targets
Manage and train retail staff
Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, ATV, UPT)
Oversee inventory, shrinkage, and stock audits
Ensure compliance and SOP implementation
Handle escalations and key customer relationships
Drive local marketing initiatives
Requirements
5–10 years in jewellery or luxury retail
Minimum 2–3 years in team handling role
Strong operational and commercial understanding
