Event Promotions

We are seeking a Event Promoter to join our team for 4 months Internship. This is an Internship program with Job offer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Area marketing and communications, including email and social media content.
• Work on event marketing to prospects event like conferences, awards, fashion shows etc.
• Provide administrative support and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Help with event operations like award entries online, jury meet, main award function, invitation list RSVP, all marketing materials development, etc.
• Work on event social media promotion, jury and celebrity coordination, etc.
• Travel across India for managing the events end-to-end.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with internal and external constituents.
• Proficiency in speaking English & Hindi languages.
• Must have the ability to work with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Social Media Technology.

Job offer : On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum.
