Factory Head-Male

Responsibilities

• Planning factory daily routines.
• Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
• Maintaining high standards of the production line.
• Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
• Monitoring the factory operations.
•  Manage all stages of the jewelry production from the development through production and quality control
•  Work closely with the Management team and provide technical guidance where needed
• Resolving any factory-related issues.
• Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
• Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
• Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
• Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
• Preparing production schedules and reports.

Requirements:
 Minimum years  of experience in High-End Fine Jewellery Development and Production experience
Must have in-depth knowledge of diamonds and fine metals

Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team Player and be attentive to the details
Strong communication and leadership skills

Education: PG or MBA Graduates only

Male candidates preferred
