Job Description
Gehna Jewellers, is seeking a dedicated Female Back Office Orders Coordinator to manage and streamline order processes, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Liaise with the sales and design teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Manage order-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with logistics to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate regular reports on order status for management review.
- Assist in managing back office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
