Job Description

Gehna Jewellers, is seeking a dedicated Female Back Office Orders Coordinator to manage and streamline order processes, ensuring a smooth operational flow. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and process customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
  • Liaise with the sales and design teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Manage order-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with logistics to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Generate regular reports on order status for management review.
  • Assist in managing back office operations and administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory management software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
