Key Responsibilities:
- Perform filling tasks to complete the production process of jewelry pieces according to established quality standards
- Ensure accurate and precise filling of precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Filler in the jewelry industry is preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of different types of precious metals and their characteristics
- Familiarity with various filling techniques and tools used in jewelry manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
