As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
