1. Matrix/Rhino Cad software experience, 
2. Convert technical drawings of selected manual designs in to 3D conforming expected parameters.
3. Make accurate Cads and give optimum daily output
4. Understanding Customers Requirements of Product Development team and developing sketches within the time limits.
5. Developing Designs with proper breakdown and technical details for presentation.
6. Studying and analyzing the Trend in the Local Market and developing designs as per the market.
7. Analyzing the final product according to the design.
