Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain inventory and stock levels
• Implement and manage store policies and procedures
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Previous experience in Jewellery Retail is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software
• Atleast a graduate degree. Female given preference
