Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Management: Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in leadership tasks, including training and mentoring of staff.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing store performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Skills:

  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
