We are Looking for a candidate who would be in charge of the IT ( software and hardware ) issues for all the branches. The candidate should have an experience of years as IT Executive preferably in the Jewellery Industry.

Job Description -

• All Desktop/ Laptop related Job (Installation, Formatting, Driver installation)
• Troubleshooting, connectivity issues, vendor coordination for software and hardware issues.
• Printers and scanners Installation and maintaining up time
• Day to day Backup for ERP Server, and Users data
• Training and troubleshooting for various applications, Google Apps applications.
• CCTV configuration and maintenance
• OS & Antivirus Updates and Virus scanning on day-to-day basis
• Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts and email servers
• Asset management – tagging / mapping / troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting
• File Sharing server configuration and maintenance
• Tally ERP installation and Troubleshoot
• MS SQL – Oracle ERP troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience working in IT 
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
