We are looking for IT Manager for Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility of the IT needs of the organization.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including IT Infrastructure and IT apps.

Hands on experience in Office 365 administration.

Interfacing with various teams to understand their IT requirements.

Create and manage IT processes including Service Help desk process. Institutionalize the process and manage/track compliance

Manage all servers primarily Microsoft servers and some Linux servers, desktops, laptops, server, switches, firewalls etc

Ensure compliance on software licenses. Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on Help desk performance and productivity.

Liaise with vendors for procurement of hardware/software for the company; ensure indent are created within time and approved for procurement.

Manage backup and disaster recovery.

Lead a team 2-3 junior network and system administration team; train the team on various applications and best practices.

Very good understanding of IT Security and relevant area

Hands on experience of managing CRM like SAP or relevant applications

Hands n experience in managing compliance and audit management

Pre-requisites and skill sets required to apply for this role:

8 - 12 years in a corporate environment supporting enterprise class networks.

Good understanding of IT security.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Education:

B.Sc in Computers, B.Com in Any Specialisation, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialisation, BCA in Any Specialisation
