Job Description:

 As a member of our creative services team, this position will have the responsibility for editing high-resolution images for use in print and digital media. All creative staff is responsible for representing the BR Designs Brands & sister concern brands in a consistent style, voice, and look, ensuring best practices are always leveraged. Creative staff is to consistently work to develop designs of the utmost quality, providing the ultimate customer experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Outline and create clipping paths. 
• Follow required build structure and methodologies for files, including layer organization and naming conventions. 
• Ensure color consistency of product images within projects. 
• Perform quality assurance on all images, reviewing retouching work for quality and accuracy. 
• Use proper naming conventions and maintain digital asset organization on the server.
•  Must have a working knowledge of Color Correction based on RGB color space and conversion to CMYK to meet printing industry standards for reproduction.
•  Understanding of printing and pre-press specifications. 
• Ability to create masks and outline products efficiently. 
• Upload final approved images to the online digital asset management system.
