Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in lab-grown diamond jewellery to lead and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and driving overall business growth for Mira Gems.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the lab-grown diamond jewellery
industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with Gati Operator and other logistics/sales platforms.
• Field sales and client acquisition expertise.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of managing high-value transactions.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end jewellery sales operations, including wholesale and retail B2B
clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international buyers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market presence.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely client deliveries.
• Oversee CRM data, follow-ups, and sales reporting to management.
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
• Ensure smooth order processing, billing, and after-sales service.
• Handle high-value goods responsibly and maintain trust with clients
