Job Description
Manage online listings, orders, product uploads, coordination with logistics, and performance reporting across website and marketplaces.
Responsibilities
1. Upload and manage products, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and images
2. Monitor orders, dispatch, and logistics coordination
3. Respond to online customer queries
4. Analyze online performance and optimize listings
5. Coordinate with design and content teams
6. Maintain marketplace relationships
Requirements
1. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
2. Good command over data accuracy, cataloging, and product management
3. Analytical mindset and basic understanding of digital KPIs
4. Good written English for product content and customer replies
