Job Description
The Sales Executive will handle walk-in customers, present products professionally, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer experience in the showroom.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist walk-in customers and guide them through product selections
2. Present diamond jewelry features, pricing, and certification details
3. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Participate in visual merchandising, showroom upkeep, and display arrangements
6. Handle billing, sales entries, and post-sales customer communication
7. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs
8. Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold quality, and products offered
Requirements
1. Minimum 1–4 years of jewellery sales experience (diamond industry mandatory)
2. Strong communication, customer handling, and presentation skills
3. Sales-driven personality with a pleasing and professional demeanor
4. Basic computer proficiency (POS, billing software, MS Office preferred)
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
