Job Description:

The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role requires vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to react quickly to security breaches or emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage from various cameras and locations to identify suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Record and document security footage for future reference or investigations.
• Report any security concerns or incidents to security personnel or management in real-time.
• Maintain and ensure the functionality of surveillance equipment.
• Assist in reviewing footage and provide necessary footage for investigations when required.
• Adhere to security protocols and company policies to ensure the highest level of safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activity, incidents, and maintenance checks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CCTV operation, security, or surveillance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities or security threats.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment and software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security-related certifications a plus.
