Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Manage inventory accounting and costing specific to the jewellery industry.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, specifically within the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
