Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
- Demonstrate product knowledge including diamonds, gold, and lab-grown diamonds
- Build relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store
- Manage billing and coordinate with the store manager on inventory updates
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales; jewellery/luxury experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred)
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to learn about lab-grown jewellery products and build trust with customers
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory tools
- Flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons
