We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Retail Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering a premium shopping experience. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for retail are encouraged to apply.

Welcome customers and provide a warm and engaging shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance. Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation. Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Assist with billing, inventory checks, and store operations.

0–2 years of experience (retail experience is a plus). Strong communication skills and customer handling ability. Knowledge of local language (Kannada) preferred. Presentable personality and positive attitude. Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.

Minimum 12th Pass (HSC). Graduate in any discipline preferred. Retail or sales training certification is an added advantage.
