We are hiring an Operations Executive with experience in the jewellery or diamond industry to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate between departments.

Manage daily operational processes in jewellery production and sales. Coordinate with design, production, inventory, and sales teams. Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines. Ensure smooth workflow across departments. Maintain operational reports and documentation. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. Support inventory and stock management activities.

2–5 years of experience in jewellery or diamond industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of end-to-end operations. Good coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Diploma or certification in Operations / Supply Chain is an added advantage.
