We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions through paid marketing channels

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns. Work closely with creative teams for ad content and design. Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend utilization. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.

1–5 years of experience in performance marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing preferred. Good communication and coordination skills.
