Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers and provide product guidance
2. Achieve sales targets and upsell/cross-sell
3. Handle billing, cash, and inventory updates
4. Maintain display standards and store cleanliness
5. Build customer relationships and follow up on leads
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery preferred)
2. Strong communication in Tamil and basic English
3. Customer-first mindset and polished presentation
4. Willingness to work weekends and festival seasons
5. Basic POS and inventory handling skills
