Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends and customer demands in the jewellery industry.
• Product Development: Collaborate with designers and the manufacturing team to develop new collections that meet market needs.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across retail outlets.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve product visibility.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards before they reach the retail floor.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales, inventory, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising with a strong background in manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in  Jewellery Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
