Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their jewelry purchases.
• Explaining product features and benefits.
• Building a positive rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales (preferably in jewelry or retail) is an advantage.
• A customer-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other precious jewellery is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
