We are looking for Polished Diamond Graders/Assorters for Surat location.

Job Description:

• Observing the quality of the diamonds using a microscope to check for inclusions such as chips, cracks, or other flaws that may affect the diamond’s value
• Analyzing diamonds to determine their value based on factors such as cut, color, clarity, carat weight, and origin
• Examine diamonds under various conditions
• Evaluate stone brilliance
• Search stones for inclusions
• Look at the symmetry and proportionality of diamonds.
• Estimate stone weight: have to determine the carat weight of stones when analyzing quality. 
• Appraising diamonds to determine their value based on factors such as cut, color, clarity, carat weight, and origin
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, knowledge and best practices
• Measuring diamonds using precision equipment such as a spectrometer to determine their exact chemical composition
• Maintaining a database of information about diamonds that have been appraised or graded to allow for future comparisons
