Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across inventory, supply chain, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tools
• Monitor and manage order processing, shipping, and returns
• Help optimize operational workflows and identify process improvements
• Assist with vendor management and procurement
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and inventory status
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and logistics
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (experience in jewelry/e-commerce is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluency in Hindi, English is a must
