Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing staff at our retail stores.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest best practices into training content.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on staff performance and progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment that motivates staff to achieve their goals.
• Train store teams on lab-grown diamonds vs mined diamonds, Reia’s brand story, USP differentiation, and customer trust-building techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training roles within the luxury retail or jewelry sector.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Kannada preferred).
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
