Responsibilities
1. Lead the store and drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
2. Deliver a refined, personalized luxury experience to every customer.
3. Engage and convert high-value clients through consultative selling and storytelling.
4. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
5. Oversee daily store operations — billing, packaging, cash handling, and coordination with backend teams.
6. Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
7. Mentor and guide junior staff in sales etiquette and brand presentation.
8. Analyze sales reports and share insights with management.
1. 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail (fine jewellery, watches, or premium fashion).
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
3. Strong communication, grooming, and customer handling skills.
4. Experience in CRM, POS, and client relationship management.
5. Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil).
6. Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts.
