Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Coordinate all jewellery repair between 4 goldsmiths - oversee the intake, pricing, completion, and inspection of all jewellery repair jobs. Ensure deadlines and commitments are met
• Coordinate orders and allocate cost to each order
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
• Able to manage and operate the store effectively
