Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in creating innovative and market-leading gold jewelry collections.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and manufacturing capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
• Guide the design process from conceptualization to final product.
• Ensure all designs adhere to quality standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry design, preferably in the gold jewelry sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess a degree / diploma from NIFT / PEARL in Jewellery Designing
