We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with taxation and accounting standards within the jewellery business.
Responsibilities
Financial Accounting Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank) Prepare vouchers and maintain ledgers Reconcile bank statements and accounts Tax & Compliance Handle basic GST filings and documentation Maintain TDS records Assist during audits Inventory & Billing Verify billing accuracy Coordinate with inventory team for stock reconciliation Maintain financial control over gold and diamond transactions
Requirements
2–3 years accounting experience (Jewellery industry preferred) Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software Knowledge of GST & basic taxation Strong attention to detail Good Excel knowledge
