Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers at the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and certifications.
• Support customers during product trials and maintain a clean display area.
• Handle basic billing, packaging, and documentation.
• Maintain customer details and follow up on queries and potential leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Learn and stay updated on jewellery collections, trends, and store promotions.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
• Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Basic understanding of jewellery or willingness to learn through training.
• Ability to work during weekends, festivals, and peak seasons.
• Eager to grow within a structured and professional retail team.
