The Assistant Sales Manager will supervise floor operations, drive sales performance, and support the Sales Manager in team training and store efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily sales floor operations.
2. Monitor team performance & assist in setting targets.
3. Solve customer complaints and provide premium service.
4. Train new and existing sales staff.
5. Coordinate inventory flow and stock availability.
6. Ensure visual merchandising and SOP compliance.
7. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
8. Support in planning offers, promotions, and events.
Requirements
1. 5–7 years in jewellery/luxury retail with team supervision experience.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
3. Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
4. Good knowledge of store operations & reporting tools (Excel, CRM).
