Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Processes: Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery production department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of skilled artisans and production staff.
• Budget Management: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other departments to ensure product feasibility and resolve any production issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in jewellery manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewellery production management.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Jewellery Design/Production or related field preferred.
• Skills:
