The Stock Assistant for Retail Jewelry is responsible for the organization and maintenance of store inventory and stock. 

The role includes stocking shelves, organizing stockroom, handling customer orders, and ensuring all materials are properly stored and handled.

Stock Assistant Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor stock levels and replenish stock when necessary
• Receive, unpack and store deliveries 
• Keep records of stock transactions 
• Ensure stockroom is organized and secure 
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery 
• Assist customers with queries about products or orders 
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Stock Assistant Job Requirements: 

• 10th/ 12th Pass or Graduate Degree equivalent 
• Knowledge of basic retail operations
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and move product around the store 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
