1. Customer Handling & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery designs. Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewelry collections confidently. Prepare quotations and ensure smooth billing & documentation. Convert enquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets. 2. Relationship Building Maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients. Follow up with customers regarding new collections, offers, and after-sales service. Build a personal client book and nurture long-term loyalty. 3. Product & Store Management Maintain deep product knowledge (gold, diamond, hallmarking, purity, weight). Assist in visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and clean. Ensure accurate stock handling, tagging, and security compliance. 4. Operational Support Coordinate with the store manager for daily workflow. Support with stock audits, replenishment, and reporting. Follow all SOPs, billing systems, and store guidelines.
