Responsibilities

• Understanding the design aesthetic and background of the brand and communicating the same to the customers
• Attending to customers/walk ins and educating them about the product

• Understanding the background of the customer for effective fulfillment of needs, resulting in conversions and relationship building.

• Maintaining the display area and VM at all times
• Changing the display in the shelves to attract people that walk past the store.
• Ensuring that orders are made correctly and conveyed to the factory to ensure timely deliveries
• Keeping a track of props and other merchandise with the helper to ensure that they are available at all times.
