We are looking for Training Manager who will be responsible for conducting the competency-related training modules, including but not limited to communication skills, personality development and people management. The role would require travel to locations where Khazana is located for conducting training. 

 Responsibilities  

• Responsible for Training needs identification for the business. 

• Developing KPI & KRI 

• Employee engagement activities 

• Preparing and developing learning content 

• Expert in all the modes of training 

• Develop an Annual training calendar for the organization. 

• Develop required training aids and trainer preparatory material for conducting training 

• Administer training to the required employees according to the training schedule. 

• Control and reporting of training budgets. 

• Publish Dashboards related to Training Initiatives implemented and program effectiveness in business reviews

Requirements:

• Experience with conducting training for a large number of batches, preferably for service related profiles 

• Excellent verbal communication skills & team handling ability. 

• Creative thinking – To visualize and implement innovative training aids and use training material to administer the most effective training 

• He should be multilingual. Preferably Telugu speaking

  Desirable Qualification: 

MBA in Human Resource Management 

Age: Below 35

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
