Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints
• Maintain inventory and ensure visual merchandising standards
• Prepare sales reports and assist with store promotions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in retail management (jewelry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
