UMA Ornament Job: CRM Head of the department

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyze customer data to gain insights and identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM to ensure UMA Ornaments stays ahead in the market.
• Oversee the implementation of CRM software and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, with at least 3 years in CRM  HOD Role in Jewellery Manufacturer.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, with hands-on experience in implementation and management.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Knows end to end Jewellery Making Process.
• Proven track record of driving customer engagement and achieving results through innovative CRM strategies.
