The Project Manager for  Bluestone  is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of a variety of projects including retail buildings. 

They coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are successful and completed on time.

Project Manager for Retail Store Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Must have experience in retail or residential Turn keys projects.

• Deep understanding of Civil and Interior materials, finishing aspects, Through knowledge of the complete fit out process. 
• Negotiate project contracts and manage changes in scope.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets standards.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the project.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
• Participate in the design process by offering creative ideas and solutions.

Project Manager for Retail Store Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience managing architectural projects. 
• Should know basic CAD.

• Architectural background is a must.
