Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
