Job Description
We are looking for Administration Manager for Mumbai Location.
Responsibilities
- Admin Yearly Budgeting and Cash flow
- Maintenance of Office & Event premises
- Transportation & Logistics for Office and events
- General maintenance of all utilities and facility
- Obtaining all the licenses from government bodies.
- Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff
- Records of all annual maintenance contract / comprehensive maintenance contract
- Taking care of all assets and maintaining asset list for insurance purpose etc.
- Fire and safety training.
- Planning & coordination to streamline company policies and admin processes.
- Overlooking at all infrastructure
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Organize and supervise other office activities like recycling, renovations
- Coordination with vendors for day to day office and branches requirements.
- Leave and attendance management of office personnel
- Incident reports and updates.
- New vendors registration, Procurement policies, Cost benefits.
- Vehicle management, assets management, Property, Statuary compliances.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and reports for locations.
- Office Administration, Vendor Management, General Purchase, Asset Management etc.
- Responsible for Maintenance & AMCs and managing all facilities equipment, Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Soft services, security systems, Cafeteria / Canteen, Helpdesk management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills
- Experience in SAP would be an additional benefit
- Practical experience of managing a travel desk
- Vendor management and procurement practical knowledge
- Hands on experience in office management
- 7 to 10 years of experience in general administration
