Job Description

We are looking for Administration Manager for Mumbai Location.

 

Responsibilities

  • Admin Yearly Budgeting and Cash flow
  • Maintenance of Office & Event premises
  • Transportation & Logistics for Office and events
  • General maintenance of all utilities and facility
  • Obtaining all the licenses from government bodies.
  • Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff
  • Records of all annual maintenance contract / comprehensive maintenance contract
  • Taking care of all assets and maintaining asset list for insurance purpose etc.
  • Fire and safety training.
  • Planning & coordination to streamline company policies and admin processes.
  • Overlooking at all infrastructure
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities like recycling, renovations
  • Coordination with vendors for day to day office and branches requirements.
  • Leave and attendance management of office personnel
  • Incident reports and updates.
  • New vendors registration, Procurement policies, Cost benefits.
  • Vehicle management, assets management, Property, Statuary compliances.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and reports for locations.
  • Office Administration, Vendor Management, General Purchase, Asset Management etc.
  • Responsible for Maintenance & AMCs and managing all facilities equipment, Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Soft services, security systems, Cafeteria / Canteen, Helpdesk management.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in SAP would be an additional benefit
  • Practical experience of managing a travel desk
  • Vendor management and procurement practical knowledge
  • Hands on experience in office management
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in general administration
