1. Customer Handling from the back office related to jewellery.
2. Excellent communication skill.
3. Knowledge of working in excel.
4. Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
5. Documentation and reporting to the marketing department
6. Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team
