Job Description

Campaign conceptualisation and execution:

 Idea-> concept note -> visual brief -> scriptwriting for videos -> communication flow -> amplification ideas across communication channels.- We would like to see your work & assess you on this. 

If shortlisted, we will also give you a campaign conceptualization and planning exercise. 

Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day content development for all of Shaya's marketing initiatives: in-store, website, owned, earned & paid media (majorly social media, email, and notifications). You will also work with creative collaborators and influencers. In addition to being a good writer and visualizer, you should also be able to handle the operational aspects of content management i.e. timely execution while balancing multiple priorities.

 This requires a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage people effectively. You will translate business briefs into meaningful and impactful content that's relevant for your audience. You should be able to empathize with and relate to your audience.

To be effective here, it's important for you to have an inherent interest in the category that you are selling - in this case, jewelry. 

 

Quick check, are you a lover and regular buyer of jewelry? Are you someone who can't just walk past beautiful jewelry? You will also define the success metrics that'll determine the effectiveness of your work, measure and analyze them to make continuous improvements.

You should have the desire to know your audience better, what they are looking for, and how they are reacting to the content that you put out. You should be able to combine data-led and qualitative insights to take strong creative calls. You will constantly come up with new ideas to engage and connect with our audience.

 Think for a moment: Are you well-versed with pop culture? Are you the first to know about trending conversations, new developments in content marketing?

A strong affinity with Shaya and what she stands for. A portfolio that showcases your passion and flair for content account, or any other relevant platform.Since a majority of our storytelling happens on Instagram, you will get brownie points for having an impeccable Instagram feed.

 

About Shaya by CaratLane : 

Our Origin :- It all started with our CaratLane community, many of whom were also into silver jewellery but couldn't always find what they love. They told us that the designs available in the local market were often too generic. Plus, they were never sure of the authenticity of their purchases. We wanted to change that!- On 24th September 2018, our website HeyShaya.com went live with 220 designs across 4 unique themes. The response has been amazing
