Job description

• Develop new client accounts for IT staffing business in USA
• Interact with clients on daily basis, identify staffing opportunities
• Handle recruiters, motivate & mentor them
• Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support

 

Required Candidate profile

• Should have 7+ Years of experience in US staffing industry.
• Should have strong Industry insights to be able to advice and counsel clients and candidates
• Well versed with VMS & MSP functionality
