Tiraa Jewellery Job: Floor Manager in Banjara Hills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom floor.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom’s appeal.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide performance feedback to the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in the jewellery or luxury segment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting purposes
