• Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring consistency of visual merchandising across multiple retail stores.
• Monitoring stock levels and financial transactions of multiple store locations.
• Acting as a liaison between retail managers and upper management.
• Assisting with recruitment and training processes.
• Preparing rosters and allocating duties.
