Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage showroom operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Train, motivate, and monitor floor staff performance.
• Manage inventory and floor displays efficiently.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar retail management role (preferably in the jewellery industry).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
