Cosmos Diamonds Job: Store Manager in HSR Layout

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards for product presentation and store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
